Tax Policy
Taxes: Ohio, California, Massachusetts, and Tennessee Residents ONLY must include appropriate sales tax to sub-total of order. Any duties or taxes associated with shipping to your Country will increase the cost of your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all import tariffs, brokerage fees and any other costs related to delivering the product(s) to you. Please note that this is in addition to the cost of your order. NBS recommends that you check on all fees, practices, and local import tariffs prior to placing your order. The Customer will be responsible for return freight charges should you refuse delivery of the product, or if the product is unable to be delivered to you.
NBS ships most orders within 1 - 2 business days. We do not ship on on the weekends: Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. PLEASE NOTE: total shipping charge(s) for certain items may vary and may not reflect the rates in the 'Standard Shipping' table above. Plus, certain items cannot be shipped Standard. Please see your shopping cart for your order's final shipment amount. Please Note: Microsoft Software titles are non-returnable once the software package has been opened. There is a restocking fee of $5.00 per item or 15%, which ever is larger, on all returned items. Returns must be made within 15 days of the invoice date, have all original packing materials provided by the manufacturer and must be in resalable condition. Shipping is NON-refundable. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if the product(s) ordered suits his/her needs and whether the product is compatible with his/her computer. Our order operators are not trained to offer technical or requirement advice; therefore, they will not be held liable for misinformation. We do suggest that our customers feel free to contact our Product Information Department - if they have any questions prior to placing an order. Gift wrapping fees, if applicable, are not refundable. ALL CLAIMS FOR MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING GOODS. To have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number assigned to your return, please contact the Return Department - include the Order Number, the name on the order, the product name you would like to return, and the reason for the return. A technical support person will e-mail you back regarding your request. If the return is approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions.
